About the Role

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst (ERP HR) to join our Corporate Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, analysis, build, testing, and implementation of our projects.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Design and Configure SAP HR Application: Develop and implement SAP HR solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Perform ICT Solution Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of SAP HR solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Coach and Develop DHS Resources: Provide training and guidance to DHS resources to enhance their expertise in the SAP HR environment.
  • Oversee Planning and Delivery: Lead the planning, detailed design, and delivery of quality solutions for SAP HR.
  • Participate in ICT Development Team: Collaborate with the ICT development team to provide functional deliverables for projects.
  • Develop Innovative Solutions: Create innovative and creative solutions based on business requirements.
  • Convert Business Requirements to System Design: Translate business requirements into system design and technical specifications.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Baseline Security Clearance: Must hold a minimum Baseline Australian Federal Government Security Clearance.
  • Experience in SAP HR Modules: At least five years of demonstrated current SAP configuration experience in one or more of the following SAP HR modules in an Australian Public Sector environment: Personal Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning Management System, and Public Sector Leave Management.
  • Functional Design Specifications: Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation of detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documentation.
  • SAP Read Access Logging: Experience with SAP Read Access Logging functionality.
