About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead our cost management division. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing project teams across multiple existing projects and building on our existing relationships and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality cost management services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise in all aspects of Quantity Surveying
  • Manage and motivate a team of Quantity Surveyors to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize project outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong technical expertise in all aspects of Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong negotiation and reporting writing skills
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously
