Job Summary

We are seeking a Cyber Security Architecture Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Cyber Security Services Division, you will partner with a key government client to help develop cyber uplift action plans, high-level designs, interim and end-state cyber management models, and capability development roadmaps to mitigate internal and external threats.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving security strategy with our clients, while enhancing and improving the delivery of services across our service line, applications, and infrastructure platforms.

The primary focus is on partnering with clients to develop comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that meet their needs and protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and architectures for large enterprise environments
  • Designing and delivering endpoint cyber protection solutions
  • Assessing business requirements, network, and infrastructure design, while considering enterprise strategy and industry best practice
  • Leading cybersecurity architecture projects, including E8 ISM controls maturity uplift projects, and mentoring junior architects
  • Developing and presenting architecture presales of services into existing clients
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and engagement with business units, security groups, and ICT service providers on complex cybersecurity architectural and project delivery issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive IT Solution Architecture experience in large enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience with Endpoint cyber protection designs
  • Previous experience assessing business requirements, network, and infrastructure design, whilst considering enterprise strategy and industry best practice
  • Demonstrated leadership in cybersecurity architecture, especially for E8 ISM controls maturity uplift projects, with a track record of mentoring junior architects
  • Experience in developing, presenting, and architecture presales of services into existing clients
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and engagement with business units, security groups, and ICT service providers on complex cybersecurity architectural and project delivery issues
  • Subject matter expertise in emerging cybersecurity technologies and risk-based threat assessment
  • Australian citizenship and minimum Baseline clearance

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location

This role can be based in any capital city within Australia, with a preference for 2/3 days on client site and remaining days worked remotely.
