Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver holistic, outcome-focused care plans to support clients with a range of communication and mealtime management needs.
- Travel to clients' homes to conduct thorough assessments and provide support and guidance to a small team of Speech Pathologists.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and a multi-disciplinary team to implement appropriate interventions and achieve client goals.
- Have the opportunity to work from home, writing case notes and comprehensive reports.
- Fantastic flexibility - choice of part or full time and the ability to work from home.
- Manage a case load that suits your area of specialty and location.
- Report to a nurturing Clinical Operations Manager who prioritizes support and professional development.
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation, and career advice.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to $55 + travel allowance + super.
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Excellent track record as a Speech Pathologist in the disability sector with an understanding of the NDIS guidelines.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to form therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Customer service focused with a commitment to providing exceptional care in all forms.
