Leadership Psychologist Opportunity

This senior leadership role is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of clinical services across the Centre. Approximately 30% of your time will be conducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complex clients, with the remaining portion providing quality leadership and support.

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality supervision to a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers and AOD Specialists. You will oversee offence specific and offence related interventions and contribute to program development that supports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

Bonus points if you have experience in forensic, correctional or complex mental health settings.
