Greencross Vets is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Director to oversee the clinical operations of our Holden Hill practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the veterinary team, ensuring exceptional patient care, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of the practice, including managing the veterinary team and ensuring excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development of the clinic.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the veterinary team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve clinical operations and patient care.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of practical experience as a veterinarian.
- Clinical leadership and management skills, with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
