Job Title: Early Childhood Education Diploma Trainee

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator trainee to join our team at a high-quality childcare centre in Canterbury.

The successful candidate will work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification in Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, while contributing to the day-to-day operations of our centre.

  • Duties may include assisting with daily routines and procedures, supporting the development and implementation of educational programs, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Our ideal candidate will have completed a Certificate III in Childhood Education and Care, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in early childhood education, while working collaboratively with our experienced team members.

This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the needs of the centre, and offers a competitive remuneration package.

Please note that applicants must have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in early childhood education and care, and be able to commit to the duration of the qualification program.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a thorough induction process, which will include training in our centre's policies and procedures, as well as opportunities for professional development.
