They will also have a high level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.   • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of product-related collateral for consumer, trade, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage updates of 3rd party products, including allotment changes, stop sells, and pricing updates.
  • Analyze data to provide routine internal reports displaying 3rd party sales in line with campaigns and industry trends.
  • Oversee the tracking of holiday packages by type, both historically and in market.
  • Review 3rd party suppliers and ensure administration records are accurately filed and kept up to date.
  • Provide first point of contact for Travel Centre product queries and assist with supplier escalations.
  • Coordinate familiarisation trips, staff, and industry travel requests.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and training updates from external 3rd party suppliers.
  • Field enquiries through the various Commercial Teams on product-specific information.
  • Set up new supplier vendors and manage existing ones to ensure information aligns with financial reporting.
