Visionary Store Leader

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Manly, NSW.
- Leadership Experience: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience and a customer-focused approach.
- Retail Expertise: A strong understanding of retail fundamentals and a willingness to learn and grow with the company are essential for this role.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of up to 40 team members and drive the Ghanda values with your store team.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Stock Management: Liaise with Stock Allocator and work independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space.
- Store Operations: Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.
- Salary and Allowances: 38-hour week with pay for hours worked and overtime penalties if over ordinary hours. Generous remuneration package including clothing and phone allowances plus a monthly bonus scheme.
