Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Domestic Assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Social Support/Transportation: accompanying customers to social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
  • Supporting Customers with Complex Needs: monitoring well-being, reporting progress, and participating in training as required

What You Will Need:

  • Criminal Record Check
  • Proof of Vaccination (where relevant)
  • Disability Workers Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid Certificate/CPR
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, Registered, and Insured Vehicle

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive salary reflects the importance of your role in delivering exceptional care and support to our customers.
