We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing culture of continuous improvement, driving productivity and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Driving continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
  • Ensuring a safe working environment

  • Developing and implementing departmental plans and strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Collaboration, building productive relationships and taking accountability of your team
  • Hands-on experience in a production environment
  • Experience in a unionised workplace
  • Experience in Lean and Advanced manufacturing systems
  • Trade or Post Graduate qualifications in Engineering, Sciences or Business (preferable)
  • Certificate IV – Leadership and Management (Frontline Leadership) or equivalent (ideal)
  • Demonstrated experience in high-level decision-making that directly impacts an operation
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
