Life Changing Occupational Therapist

We're seeking a talented Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team.

- As an Occupational Therapist OR Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll work with a dedicated team of professionals in our growing NDIS division. You will assess and provide intervention for paediatric clients with various diagnoses and disabilities. This includes:
- Movement assessments, such as ABC Movement, Beery, DASH, DVTP
- SIL Assessments to ensure independence in daily living
- Sensory Assessments to understand and address unique needs
- Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments to enhance accessibility
- Home Modifications Assessments to create safe and inclusive environments
- Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments to promote independence
- Environmental Risk Assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
- Ongoing therapy and skill building to support long-term success
- Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and family-friendly schedules
- Autonomy to manage your calendar and work at your own pace
- Suburban office locations with free parking and easy access to public transportation
- Part-time or compressed workweeks available to balance work and life
- An additional week of annual leave after 3 years of service

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- A minimum of 12 months of OT experience (preferred)
- Registration with AHPRA (or ability to register)
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain required clearances, including NDIS, Working with Children, and Police Check
