We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at Georgiou Group. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain internal training courses and programs.
- Facilitate and manage national graduate, cadet, and mentoring programs.
- Identify training requirements through needs assessments and best practice metrics.
- Proactively source and implement innovative training solutions.
- Partner with HR Advisors to provide learning and development outcomes.
- Champion, support, and maintain people development initiatives.
- Report on success and uptake of key learning initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of interactive e-courses.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Learning Management System and review of L&D practices and programs.
- Partner with internal client groups in the development of effective people management strategies.
- Develop rapport and effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver engaging and relevant content within a classroom environment.
- Strong experience gained in a similar role in either an in-house or RTO environment.
- Experience in designing and facilitating engaging competency-based training programs and frameworks.
- Able to design, develop, and implement e-courses using software.
- An enthusiasm for learning and developing others.
- Someone already holding or working towards a Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor is highly desirable.
- Experience in identifying training needs and analyzing gaps.
