Key Responsibilities- Oversee the administrative needs of clinics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Apply sound nursing principles to patient care, making informed decisions that prioritize their well-being
- Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to industry standards
- Skillfully manage complex cases, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years' experience as a registered/licensed nurse, with a strong track record of success
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Valid medical license to practice nursing in Australia
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with a focus on nursing or a related field
- CPR certification, demonstrating commitment to patient safety
- Typical office work environment, with regular sitting and standing
- Prolonged periods of concentration required, with occasional bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs
