Job Title: Heavy Diesel Mechanic

Overview:
Career Opportunity for a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic in Blacktown, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical issues in heavy diesel trucks and trailers, including engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems.
Servicing and Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and general inspections of key components like engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical systems.
Major Repairs: Conduct extensive repairs on engines, transmissions, differentials, clutches, brakes, air conditioning systems, and hydraulic components.

Requirements:
Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or an equivalent qualification is essential.
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a heavy diesel mechanic, with demonstrable experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy diesel trucks and trailers.
Strong Diagnostic Skills: Proven experience in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues related to engines, transmissions, differentials, air and hydraulic brakes, electrical systems, and suspension components.
