Job Title: Data Information Officer

This is a 12-month non-ongoing contract opportunity as a Data Information Officer in a Federal government department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently processing data information through agreed systems, organising and supporting meetings with internal and external stakeholders, developing and disseminating regular data and statistics reporting to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating management and amendment requirements for approval by the relevant delegate, providing management and coordination support as required, preparing relevant documentation and artefacts, participating in and scheduling regular management meetings at numerous levels, providing communications to relevant stakeholders, managing ad hoc queries and responding to requests for information in a timely manner, contributing to the preparation of briefings, reports and other materials, and record keeping.

To succeed in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and have relevant experience in Government Departments and/or similar positions. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) as well as be willing to undertake an Employment Suitability Screening (ESC) specific to the Department.

In return, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the management and delivery team, professionally assisting with all aspects of delivery ensuring that they adhere to set expectations, outcomes, timeframes and deliverables.
