Job Description
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, creating a professional and friendly environment.
  • Manage incoming calls, forwarding messages to appropriate team members.
  • Schedule and manage room bookings, ensuring they adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain the tidiness of meeting rooms and public spaces before and after meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the client services team under the direction of the Client Services Manager.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as organising events, managing repairs and maintenance, and liaising with suppliers and contractors.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Professional discretion.
  • Experience with Xero (desired but not essential).

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
