Carer (Caregiver) Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide high-quality in-home care for ageing adults.

This role plays a vital part in supporting our clients to live independently at home, while also providing personal care and support.

About the Role:
  • Our ideal candidate will provide individualised care tailored to suit each client's needs
  • Assist with daily tasks such as transport, meal preparation, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

What We're Looking For:
  • A big heart, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors and their families
  • Personable, approachable, and able to build meaningful relationships with each client
  • Clear communication skills and proficiency in using technology

Requirements:
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (students considered)
