The college was founded in 1954 and has since grown to become a well-regarded educational facility in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. The main campus is located on McKinnon Road and caters to Years 7, 10, 11, and 12, while a second campus was opened at Virginia Park in 2022 for Years 8 and 9.

**Selection Criteria:**

  • SC1 Curriculum Knowledge and Pedagogy: Demonstrated knowledge of relevant curriculum areas and ability to incorporate literacy and numeracy skills.
  • SC2 Teaching Strategies: Experience in planning and implementing high-impact teaching strategies guided by how students learn.
  • SC3 Student Learning Monitoring and Feedback: Demonstrated experience in monitoring and assessing student learning, providing feedback on growth and achievement.
  • SC4 Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Established relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
