Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker in Launceston. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, and offering social support and access to lifestyle activities.
  • You will also assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility and therapy goals, as well as providing respite and emotional support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
