Senior Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the delivery of complex healthcare and science projects.
As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading small teams across multiple projects, overseeing financial performance, interacting with clients, and managing project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, particularly in delivering large-scale healthcare and science projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and on time;
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution;
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry;
- Proven track record of delivering complex healthcare and science projects within budget and on time;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
