The role of Network Operator is a critical part of our Utilities team, responsible for undertaking construction and maintenance activities on our water and sewer infrastructure. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Operator to join our team. The successful applicant will operate various types of trucks, plant, and machinery, primarily medium rigid trucks. They will also participate in standby roster for afterhours work and undertake routine maintenance of assigned equipment.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge and experience in civil construction and maintenance works;
- A current MR Class or higher License;
- A WHS Construction White Card;
- The ability to obtain other competencies as required relevant to the position, such as Confined space entry, MUTCD level 2, Working at heights, and Trench shoring.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your annual salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
- A locality allowance dependent on location and dependants;
- A tool allowance of $32.63 per week;
- An utilities operations retention payment of $1,500 (conditions apply);
- Superannuation contributions of 12% including the superannuation guarantee contribution.
