Our multi-franchised client is seeking an additional Parts Interpreter in their busy parts department. The role offers modern facilities, career advancement opportunities, and a pleasant working environment.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers
- Process sales transactions efficiently
- Receive, unpack, and re-stock shelves with stock
- Order stock and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Manage customer orders and issue parts to workshop staff
- Possess a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Have experience in Dealership Parts Interpreting
- Demonstrate basic administration skills and proficiency in English, with exceptional communication skills
- Showcase a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Display initiative and enthusiasm when faced with new challenges
