This role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to work closely with teaching staff and other support teams, ensuring our students receive tailored assistance to reach their full potential.
Apart from this position being part-time, it entails a 30-hour commitment per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an assistive education specialist or working with young people who require additional support.
Candidates are expected to be strongly committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children, while also embracing our educational philosophy.

- Job Description: To provide comprehensive support to students requiring special assistance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To establish effective relationships with teaching staff and other relevant teams.
- To assess and develop tailored plans for each student, taking into consideration their individual requirements.
- To participate in regular training sessions to maintain expertise in support strategies and best practices.
- Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record of providing similar support; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
