About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst- Performance Analytics to join our team at Optus. As a key member of our credit management lifecycle, you will be responsible for driving reporting, planning, forecasting, and insights to improve general performance, identify and mitigate risk, and outline optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver performance management solutions to enable tracking of business performance and drive accountability
  • Develop data-driven and actionable insights across the credit management lifecycle
  • Develop models to forecast short- and long-term performance across core KPIs
  • Develop and maintain benefit realization models across strategic, operational, and tactical projects

Requirements:

  • Background in data analytics and experience with data integration and visualization solutions
  • Strong knowledge of data models, data integration architectures, measurement solutions, and visualization tools
  • Experience with analytical/BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos, and Alteryx
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to present sophisticated issues in a concise and logical format
