About The PositionYou will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants, supporting them to become job-ready, and delivering high-quality service while adhering to contractual requirements.
Responsibilities- Secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Support participants in identifying skills necessary to become job-ready
- Deliver exceptional service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhance participants' employability through training and support referrals
- Develop personalized job plans to facilitate clear employment pathways
- Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
