This is a Casual opportunity, located in Lara

As a Childcare Casual Educator, your primary role will be to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the centre community.

**Key responsibilities include:**

• Bringing our core values of connection, communication and consideration to life in everyday practice

• Adhering to our child-safe policy and code of conduct

• Assisting with observations of individuals and groups of children

• Seeking and accepting support from Lead Educators, Educational Leaders and Centre Managers

• Leading and developing age-specific programs and daily routines with creativity and focus on child needs

• Working collaboratively as part of the centre team to build strong relationships with Educators, children and families

An ACECQA recognised Diploma is essential, along with experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines. Join us on this rewarding journey where we aim to make a lasting impact on young lives.
