About the Job

We are a leading provider of glass solutions, offering high-quality services to homeowners, designers, architects, and builders across Sydney.

This is a full-time position that offers a mix of work on various sites around Sydney, ideal for someone who enjoys taking the lead and seeing their quality work completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced aluminium and glass installers
  • Mentor and train staff to ensure high-quality work
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish
  • Ensure all work meets Australian Standards and BCA codes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working with glass and aluminium
  • Site experience within the building and construction industry
  • Able to lead people
  • Positive solution-focused attitude
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to be held accountable for responsibilities
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Qualified tradesperson
  • Thorough understanding of Alspec commercial extrusions
  • Fabrication experience
  • Experience with frameless glass installations
  • Good knowledge of building practices
