
Community Development Officer

The Tenant Participation and Community Engagement (TPCE) program is a community-based initiative that aims to strengthen relationships between social housing tenants and service providers. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with local tenants to address their challenges and identify opportunities for growth and development.
This role requires a unique blend of skills and experience, including:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in community development, with a focus on tenant participation and engagement
- Ability to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other events that promote tenant empowerment and capacity building
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check
