Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive shopping experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Process stock deliveries and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Perform point of sale interactions, including handling cash transactions and operating a point of sale system.
  • Reconcile till transactions accurately and efficiently.
