House Cleaning Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled House Cleaner to undertake cleaning duties specific to student accommodation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of common areas and amenities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate specialized cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers
  • Conduct thorough cleaning duties specific to student accommodation
  • Comply with COVID-19 control policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experienced cleaners from a commercial, hotel or room servicing background would be highly regarded
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised as required
  • Experience with operating cleaning equipment, and an understanding of workplace health and safety within a cleaning environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physically fit and reliable individual
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is required to commence employment
