Key Responsibilities

  • Rehanging birds and performing manual handling tasks.
  • Safely catching birds from the shed into transport cages.
  • Promoting positive behaviors and actions within your team.
  • Adhering to company standard operating procedures and safety policies.
  • Communicating with supervisors regarding any discomfort or safety concerns.
  • Reporting incidents, near misses, and hazards to team leaders.
  • Participating in hazard identification and risk assessment initiatives.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the site supervisor.
