Key Responsibilities
- Rehanging birds and performing manual handling tasks.
- Safely catching birds from the shed into transport cages.
- Promoting positive behaviors and actions within your team.
- Adhering to company standard operating procedures and safety policies.
- Communicating with supervisors regarding any discomfort or safety concerns.
- Reporting incidents, near misses, and hazards to team leaders.
- Participating in hazard identification and risk assessment initiatives.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by the site supervisor.
