About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAS Developer to join our team at 3tconsulting. As a SAS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions using the SAS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Data Analytics Solutions: Utilize your expertise in SAS programming languages to design and develop data analytics solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.
- Work with Enterprise Data Warehouse Platforms: Develop and administer data analytics solutions across enterprise data warehouse platforms, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop Complex SQL Queries and Stored Procedures: Create complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience: At least five years of experience working as a SAS Developer, with a strong understanding of development standards, security, and governance in a large enterprise environment.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated experience in analysis and design, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and Liaison Skills: Strong communication and liaison skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- Business Intelligence Experience: Experience with business intelligence tools, such as SAS Visual Analytics Platform and Data, SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS Office Analytics.
- Scripting Tools Experience: Experience with scripting tools, such as Pearl, SQL, and UNIX Shell.
