">About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and handling general queries.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.">
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in legal operations, implement changes, and measure results.">
  • Financial Management: Process invoices and expenses, generate reports, and maintain financial records.">
  • Contract Management: Assist with contract signing, maintain a contracts register, and ensure compliance.">
  • Event Planning: Coordinate travel, organize events, and manage logistics.">
">Requirements:">
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative and/or operations roles within or supporting a legal team.">
  • Experience in filing and general management of legal contracts.">
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office Suite and matter management platforms.">
  • Interest in process optimization and technology improvement.">
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels.">
  • Initiative, reliability, trustworthiness, integrity, honesty, and transparency.">
