Job Title: Lead Pharmacist - Learning and Development
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to lead our Pharmacy Learning and Development Team in a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing core clinical education activities, including programs for interns, undergraduates, residents, and advanced residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage core clinical education activities
- Design and implement key programs in the department
- Conduct practice-based research projects in clinical pharmacy and clinical education
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience with clinical education in a hospital or academic setting
- A high level of clinical skills and knowledge as well as judgement and reasoning
- Demonstrated skills in change-management
- Problem-solving and risk assessment abilities and the ability to use initiative
