We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to fast-track their clinical career in medical/surgical. Our bridging program is designed to support non-clinical nurses in transitioning to a rewarding career in:

  • General Medical/Surgical
  • Oncology and Haematology
Program Overview:
  • A comprehensive, fully paid, 3-week intensive training program
  • Week 1: Monday to Friday at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital
  • Week 2-3: Monday to Friday - In-house training at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital
Key Benefits:

  • Permanent employment
  • Full-time or part-time hours available. NB: initial three-weeks training are available as full-time only

Requirements:
  • A passion for people

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
  • Medication endorsement (for Enrolled Nurses)
