Practice Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Practice Administrator to join our leading Real Estate practice in Canberra on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support services to our Partners and wider team of Lawyers and Law Clerks. Our Real Estate team is a high-profile market leader, and we offer a challenging and rewarding workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- General accounts, reporting, and monthly billing;
- File management and email management for the Partners and team;
- Managing telephones, electronic diaries, and voicemail for team members;
- Organizing meetings and travel; and
- Working closely with a team of Law Clerks to support with general admin, document lodgement, and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working with Partners or C-level executives is desirable;
- An organized and efficient approach to administrative tasks;
- An ability to work collaboratively and effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines;
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- A friendly and team-focused approach;
- Keen attention-to-detail, strong typing skills, and a professional manner;
- A flexible approach to working with different stakeholders and their unique styles; and
- An ability to anticipate the needs of the Partners and wider team.
