At The Walt Disney Company APAC, you are part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and creativity across our iconic brands.

We're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical and operational support to local partnership activity, driving sustained subscriber and revenue growth, customer engagement, and satisfaction with Disney + in the ANZ market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Support external distribution and promotional partners across ANZ with product and technology activities including integrations, device/platform updates, partner customer journeys, communications, and major product updates

- Be a clear, persuasive, and collegiate voice for ANZ customers and business stakeholders, articulating goals and requirements to support the successful execution of new features, enhancements, and offerings

- Assist with localisation and review of product documentation, liaising with internal stakeholders and partners as required to ensure local product requirements and capabilities

- Act as a technical and product SME to support internal and external partner activities as required

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Hold:

- 3+ years in Technical Account Management or Product-related roles; experience in streaming and/or subscription products/media is not mandatory but highly regarded

- Evidence of delivering value to products at scale, with clear customer and revenue growth outcomes

- Excellent critical thinking, teamwork, communication, organisational, and time management skills

- Good understanding of the SVOD and media landscape, market forces, and consumer behaviour

- Proficient with relevant collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence, data analytics and visualisation tools such as Looker, and modelling tools such as Excel
