- Project manage and/or design manage large maritime projects or teams within larger multidisciplinary projects.
- Drive innovation within the team, provide supervision, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
- Leverage your existing coastal engineering experience to deliver concept designs through to construction phase support.
- Significant experience in the design, evaluation, and reporting on ports, harbours, coastal works, and marine structures.
- Experience working with coastal modelling software (DELFT-3D, SWAN, MIKE).
- Chartered Professional Engineer (or ability to get chartership within agreed timeframe).
- Tertiary degree qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Eligibility for Australian Government security clearance.
