We are a not-for-profit disability support provider that specializes in working with people who require frequent and complex support needs.

Our team of dedicated professionals build close-knit teams around each client, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We play a vital role in enabling our clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Our clients may have physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, or autism. We take pride in providing essential support services that make a tangible difference in their lives.

With multiple teams based in various locations, we cater to diverse communities across the state.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Exceptional judgment and common sense, coupled with strong listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our values.
  • Experience supporting clients who exhibit Mental Health Behaviors of concern (BOC), as well as knowledge around Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and communicating with cognitively impaired clients.
  • Confidence in hoisting, transfers, and using equipment to support individuals with physical disabilities.
  • Great patience and a willingness to invest time and energy in building rapport with clients.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to lead great lives.
  • A commitment to working collaboratively within a care team approach, including guidance from professionals.
  • A full driver's license and comfort with driving clients' vehicles.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including day support, community access, and evening in-home support with home duties required.
