The Opportunity

This is a varied and challenging role that requires a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and promoting our retirement village services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Community Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance resident satisfaction and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Community Manager in maintaining high standards of operational excellence, safety, and security.
  • Develop and implement programs that foster social connections and community engagement among residents.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, staff members, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Assist with day-to-day people practices, such as interviewing and onboarding new staff members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing operations-based or administration role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on communication, time management, professionalism, and empathy.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
  • Minimum two COVID-19 vaccinations and a valid driver's license.
