We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Snooze Ballarat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert sleep solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored bedroom solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, and operate computers to deliver an awesome customer experience
  • Provide expert advice on bedroom solutions, including mattresses, bedding, and furniture

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in selling big ticket items
