About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Coles Liquorland team. If you have a passion for the liquor industry and enjoy engaging with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About You

  • You'll have a commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You'll be knowledgeable about our range of local and imported brands and enjoy sharing your expertise with customers.
  • You'll be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You'll have a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification, which is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.

What to Expect

As a sales-focused role, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and providing advice on our range of products. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our store's appearance and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • You'll need to be able to work on your feet for long periods and be able to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg). You'll also need to be able to reach stock on high shelves.
  • You'll need to have a current RSA qualification and be willing to obtain any additional certifications required for the role.
