About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service by guiding customers through the lending process, leveraging your credit analysis expertise, and building strong relationships with the community, branch, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture these relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM system
  • Provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring they feel supported throughout the lending process
  • Leverage your knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulations to deliver positive outcomes
  • Develop strong connections with colleagues and the community to drive effective lending results
  • Embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth
Requirements
  • Significant experience in customer-facing roles or sales
  • Deep understanding of lending products, policies, and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues, assess needs, and develop a comprehensive view of situations
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills
  • Knowledge of small business offerings
  • Prior consumer lending experience is highly valued
