Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting the front office team in delivering outstanding guest services. This includes conducting guest arrivals and departures, resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work weekends if required
