Salary Package

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Pastry Craftsman to join our bakery team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality baked goods for our customers. This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands
  • Develop and implement new recipes and product ideas to enhance our menu offerings
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III in Retail Baking or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in a commercial bakery environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
