The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving specification and promoting our products and services to key accounts within the architectural and design community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at all levels
- Provide complete solutions for every customer to grow revenue and profitability
- Pro-actively generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial flooring industry
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process within the A&D channel
- Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities and growing and maintaining long-term business relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organisation
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
