The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving specification and promoting our products and services to key accounts within the architectural and design community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at all levels
  • Provide complete solutions for every customer to grow revenue and profitability
  • Pro-actively generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial flooring industry
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process within the A&D channel
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities and growing and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organisation
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
