Digital Sales Representative

Australian Military Bank Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Agent to join our team. As a Digital Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of our Digital Sales Channel through needs-based member contact, timely and professional guidance, exceptional service delivery, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Results:
- Significantly contribute to achievement of Digital Sales budgets and targets, either through digital sales or by identification of cross-sell opportunities.
- The primary focus being growing the lending and deposit portfolio.
- Service Results:
- Build, maintain and retain relationships with members/prospective members by establishing rapport, proactively identifying their needs across the full product and services range and offering and delivering suitable solutions.
- Undertake prompt follow-up on digital applications taken, phone calls and service requests.
- Adhere to current policy, procedures and legal requirements.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of credit products, application process and assessment.
- Knowledge of Australian Military Bank's products, processes and systems.
- Verbal, numerical, literacy skills.
- Computer skills (including email, internet, Microsoft applications, Excel essential).
- Well-developed lending skills, experience with a DLAA desirable.
- Experience working in a centralized lending environment with digital products, processes and systems.
- Education & Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mandatory).
- Lending accreditation.
- Work Experience:
- Sound lending experience (2 years minimum) in a banking environment.
- Experience in all aspects of the loan process from submission of applications through to post-settlement.
