Software Engineer Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Options Trading desk. In this role, you'll work on market making strategies used by the trading desk.

Our technologists are at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technology with the fast-paced world of trading. We develop powerful trading systems in the financial industry and solve complex problems in a changing environment.

We integrate sophisticated coding techniques with innovative engineering ideas. Our team designs and optimizes systems that can process massive amounts of data while ensuring high performance and stability.

  • We design systems to handle large datasets with high performance and stability.
  • You'll partner closely with our Trading, Quantitative Research, Infrastructure, and Strategy Development teams to develop scalable, highly performant systems supporting trading.
  • We're looking for individuals who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and eager to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, computer science, or a related field, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Requirements:

  • C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance-focused back-end development.
  • Experience in quoting systems and market making strategies is beneficial.
