Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Assistant to join our team at Baby Bunting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records and stock integrity, as well as maintaining an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities
  • Commit to a safety-first culture, upholding all OH&S standards
  • Use inventory management software and point-of-sale systems to track stock movement
  • Provide excellent customer service and support customers with pickups of their purchased items
  • Maintain store floor and stockroom standards
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of retail storeroom experience
  • Customer service orientation and work experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kg
